Birth Date Issue

I applied for CP at CDJ and when i got confirmed for interview,i noticed that Day and Month of DOB was switched.I have non availability certificates instead of Birth Certificate.Is this going to blow into a bigger problem at interview?

Get an affidavit from your parents stating clearly the date,place and
time of your birth.

Do u have ny other proof of your correct birthdate.
School certificates etc ?

Also , confirm with your lawyer.

Birth Certificate from Indian embassy

Hi Folks,

Is it true that one can get a birth certificate from the Indian Embassy here in the USA and use it for your I-485.
