birth certificate

Hi,
My interview is on 20'th Aug in Chennai. I do not have the birth certifiate, my lawyer said 2 affidavits from parents and a non-availibility certificate would suffice. i have the format for the affidavit, but i need to know where to get the non-availability certificate from. can anyone please help me on this. also, if u guys have the format for the above mentioned things, can u please send me the same at

see immihelp.com and check under fillable forms and then sample letters , you will get a format for the nonavailability certificate as well as affidavits for your parents. best of luck in your interview. which travel agent did u use for tickets?

Thanks for the info. I am based in NJ, the travel agent name is travel pros. their no is (732)727 4447. I will be travelling upto Hyd and they are charging me $1400 by delta with the return ticket being open. how abt u?
