Birth Certificate

hi,
I dont have birth certificate but I have two letters from my relatives
stating my birth date. The letters are not notorized, are these letters sufficient.

Non Availability Certificate

If possible try to get non availability certificate from your municipality or the concern authorities that you dont have any birth certificate, and if that is also not possible while submitting I-485 then submit notarized copies from your parents and two relatives statting that you were born on this date and place (try to submit more copies instead of two) and in the mean time try to get the NAC.

They dont ask for notarized copies but why to take chance.

It depends upon the person who is handling your case....
