HAs any one used Birth certificate from Embassy.

Please share. i have got an RFE for BC and would like to use BC from Embassy

BC from Embassy..sometime works..depends on Adjucating officer..

BC from Embassy is Secondary evidence & sometime it did work for some forum members..it seems that it depends on Adjucating officer..consult your attorney..

USCIS usually don't accept B.Certificate issued by alien consulate,


It should be produced by home country of alien.


or if alien is unable to generate B.C from home coutnry then he must submit an Avidavit from his/her parents or any other near relative.
