Birth Certificate without my name

Birth Certificate that I have sent with my I-485 does not contain my name on it, just my Father, and Mother\'s name and a date of birth and sex. Did anyone else had the same problem, and got RFE. from INS. I do not have an Affidavit, just my original birth certificate. Any comments would be appreciated.
 
Normal.

If you get RFE send copy of another certificate with most of the details plus your name.

Just get a couple of affidavits each from your Dad and Mom

My wife did not have her name on the BC. No RFE in my case for BC.
The affidavits clearly should identify you as the son with birthdate, location and identify your parents. You can get the formats from your lawyer.
 
Same case

I have the same problem. My birth certificate was without my name , with my parents names, place and date.

I sent a copy of it and two affidavits from my father and uncle.

My Rd is 02/01/02. I should wait and see what happens.

Thanks for the info helpout. I will send the affidavit when I get the RFE. But when you say your wife did not receive the RFE, does that mean you only send the BC and never received the RFE, or you did send the affidavit with the BC without the name. I am hoping I don\'t get the RFE because it will simply delay the process.
