No Title
Hi, I have submitted a Indian notory translated document. According to NSC guidlines, All foreign language documents mustbe submitted with a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Now the notory in my translated document just certifies that its a correct translation, but never says that he is "competent" to do that. I am also wondering if i could get a RFE!
