Birth Certificate question..please clarify..

Hello freinds,

I have birth certificate issued by the city corporation in india and was registered after 1 day of my birth date. My DoB is Nov/12/1972 and was registered on Nov/13/1972. But we lost the certficate and again in 2002 i got one more issued with date of issue as March/18/2002. I have submitted this to INS along with I-485. So will I get any RFE as the date of issue is in 2002 and date of registration is in 1972.

Please clarify. Shud I get any affidavits from my parents and others.

I dont think there is any issue in your case as date of registration is near to your date of birth. In past it has been observed that they generally send RFE if the date of registration is way passed date of Birth . Date of issue is not a problem .
 
They might need some more proof that your DOB is the same. You can produce
any certificate before you came to US with your DOB and parents name.
Some docs for ex are

1. 10th class marks list
2. 12th class marks list
3. Indian Drivers permit
etc.
