Birth Certificate - Please HELP

All of my degree certificates except 10th class have my name as Sameer. My passport is issued under the name Sameer. Even my official signature is "Sameer". BUT my 10th class certificate has my name as "Samir". Recently I have asked my parents to get my Birth certificate and they took the certificate based on 10th class certificate as they are not aware of my passport name. Would this be an issue in GC processing? Does anyone know any similar case? Please let me know. Thanks a ton.
 
This might be a problem (or may not be).. it all depends on the person reviewing your case. Better try getting a corrected BC with Sameer name. If not possible prepare an affifavit.
