Hello everyone.
Planning to apply for I130/AOS for my parents and thinking to do it myself.
We cannot get the affidavit of birth as we have no living relative older than my parents. I have non-availability certificate from home town.
Should I send the non availability certificate with the application packet or do u all think I would need to get the birth certificate from the embassy as well ?
Has anyone received an RFE even after sending the non-availability certificate with the application packet ?
Anyone who has successfully done the application without having original birth certificates, please share ur experience.
