I am eligible to apply for a Citizenship and my dilemma is my birth certificate. I was born in INDIA so my birth certificate only shows my Date of birth and my parent's name and how much i weigh at that time. This is all in English. Now, how would i prove to USCIS that this birth certificate belongs to me. Don't they need my name on it? or should i get an affidavit from INDIA with my name on it?
