N nahur Registered Users (C) May 29, 2002 #3 No Title i strongly advice to use BC from embassy as a back up I did cp last month i had BC from NY embassy once i was in INDIA i tried to get BC from Municipality i got it within a day with bribe u can get BC from local municipality easily (at least in Bombay) you have to normally give it about a week after u apply at municipality at the consulate i produced BC from Municipalty
