Hello, I have a few questions to ask and I would appreciate any feedback. I am going to apply for a Green Card for my parents and was wondering whether I need a copy of my parent's birth certificate. Thank you!

Yes you need a copy of Birth Certificate, check I-485 instructions page 3 for birth certificate requirements.
