Birth certificate for chinese

If you were born in mainland China and INS want a copy of your birth certificate, where should you get it? If anybody has done this, please tell me. RD 06/99, RFE 08/23. VSC

Go to the local notary office(in city or county) to get a notarized copy of birth certificate. The copy contains one page in Chinese, one page in English as the translation of the Chinese page. You may have your relatives in China to help you get the copy.
