Birth Certificate doesn't have mother's last name

Gurus,
I would appreciate all recommendations and suggestions.
My Birth certificate has my mother name with out Lastname ?
is it going to be a problem in my I-485 process?

Get affidavits done...

I have a similar problem. My lawyer recommeded that I provide three affidavits:
1) From me
2) From my father or near relative
3) From my mother or near relative

This acceptable instead of a 'long form' birth certificate.
