Birth Ceritificate QA EAD

Hi All,
I am doing paper filing of EAD renewal. In passport my place of brith is different then my birth certificate. Please advise me what i should do. ? Should I send the birthceritifcate or for now just wait for query. ?

Which one is correct ? If the passport is correct, I would simply not send the B.C copy at this time.

Q5 in the EAD form is about place of birth ... if the passport is indeed correct, then all is fine as the form and the PP copy would "match"

If the PP is incorrect, I would suggest you get the opinion of a lawyer on how to proceed -- this is a serious mistake and you would need to take steps to correct your PP.
 
Yes, this is our third EAD renewale. I dont remember what we did for last two renewals. Also, I am on AOS, and my H1B has expired. so with the EAD and AP renewale documents should i send my expired H1B or tell them i am on AOS. - Thank for your prompt reply.

Since your H1 has expired, you are no longer in H1 status ... so why do you want to send the expired H1B ?? It no longer has any "value"
Your status is pending AOS.
