Birth and Marriage certificate

I do not have birth certificate, but have got "Birth certificate non-availability" certificate. The name on this certificate do not match with my passport name. I am plannig to get 2 affidavits from my parents with name as matching with passport.

Will this cause any issues during CP interview?

Also, it is the same problem with my marriage certificate. I am not sure as to what to do here.

Please let me know the possible solutions.

I had the same problem with my marraige certificate ( with my wife name abreviated ), my children's birth certificates ( with no last name anywhere for me, children or wife ). I had to go through several offices in AP ( 3 for marriage certificate ) and one for my kids and spend lot of time and under the table dealing for it.
When the Indian lady at counter 8 checked and circled the names on each certificate, I know I did the right thing. My advice is, get the certificates with the right name - avoid heart burns till your interview date.

How about educational credentials like degree certificate, marks card ..etc?

I have same issue with them also. I am not sure whether the university will issue new degree certificate with change in name without undergoing official name change.

Please advice.

The educational certificates are not verified at the consulate. These are supporting docs. If your 140 and labor are over I think that they are happy with your work ex letters and educational letters. So you may want to devote your time to birth /marriage cert. etc. which they actually again need at the time of CP.

I saw your message posted, I need some clarifications.
I am married.
In my marriage Certificate. Instead of Last Name and First Name it says

It says my name with with the initial, not my full name(first and last)

Is this fine for the Interview??

Though your first name initial might not be a problem, but it will be safe to have your first and last name spelled out on your marriage certificate. So if it's possible, please try to get another mariage certificate with your first and last name spelled out with your spouse's name also (completely spelled out).
