OK, we scheduled our INFOPASS appt to find out about our case. It's been over 90 days, nothing in mail but the three NOA and a msg online about undelivered notices. At the infopass I told the lady that I didn't have any biometrics taken so she scheduled me an appointment right away. The biometrics were taken for my I765. Do I need to have my fingerprints and photo taken for I485 separately or does it go together? Thanks for your replies

If you look at Biometrics Notice there is an ASC code
ASC Code 3 is for I485 includes 10 finger prints and photos
ASC 1 or 2 is only Thumb print print and picture and is done for I765
Some people get both Bio appts. ( 485/ 765) done at the same appt.
We received seperate Biometrics Appt. notices but went in a week early and did them at the same time.

OK, the thing is I only got my NOA letters (two for me one for my husband), (all the applications were filed in late May) In the middle of June I read online that some notices had been sent to me but they were returned as undeliverable(??)( I believe they were biometrics appts notices). So I called Customer service twice, like they told me to, to verify address. Two months passed with no msg change online and still nothing in the mailbox. We decided to schedule an infopass appointment as it had already been 90 days since I765 was filed. I told the lady I didn't have any biometrics taken so she scheduled an oppointment for me right away, BUT IT WAS ONLY THE ONE FOR I765. What shall I do now? Shall I go to Infopass again and ask them to schedule me for biometrics for I485? I'm totally confused and appreciate your replies.

I understand, but my situation is that my biometrics appointments (i assume that's what they were) got lost in the mail and they never resent me anything in spite of my requests. At infopass I only got an appointment for biometrics for I765. If the biometrics appoiuntment had already been sent to me (and then lost in mail) I don't think I'm getting it again....So I am wondering if I myself can do sth about it? Go to infopass again?Thank you for your help.
