Hi:

I got my I 140 approved through EB1-OR and I have filed for I 485 concurrently. There's no retrogression in this category right now. I received a notice of receipt of my I 485 from the Nebr. processing center on Mar 27. How long after this can I expect to get the biometrics appointment? Also, can anyone inform me how much longer it will take to get the I 485 approved?

for me 7 days and for my wife 3 days after I-485 receipt, but for sure it differ from case to case. Usually it takes from 3-6 months for I-485 to be approved for EB1 provided that every thing else is OK (No RFE will be issued, Scurity background check cleared)
