Biometrics for Children Under 14 Years.

Is this true that dependent children under 14 years old does not need biometrics for I-485 approval. TSC Immigration Officer says 'Yes'.

My 8 yr old and 12 yr old were asked to appear for fingerprints and both were printed a week ago

My 8 years old received his FP notice too, the appointment is 1/2/08.
Even though we as parents haven't gotten our FP notice yet.
