It is a good sign,
So far I see only JUly 2007 RD approvals.
The reason could be alll 2005 RD finger pritns might have expired.

for I-485 applications, it was in Nov 2005.
Later i had few for I-765 applications -- recent was Feb/Mar 2008
on trackitt.com, saw fewapprovals for 2005 filers with 2005 PDs.

They have 2005 PD but they have 2007 RD. not 2005 RD.

I agree but very less cases.
IF you notice , these cases got RFE's in 2007 .. that might triggered.

these guys mailed applications in sep 2005 and got approved on 16th and 18th of August 2008.
All these guys had RFE.
Received Biometrics letters yesterday for myself and wife.
its for Code 3 (is it FP and Photo? )
anyone in the same situation ?
code 3 means: 10-finger prints, photo and your signatures
