Hi,

I would like to apply for citizenship... GC holder married to US citizen. I believe my org would qualify me for 319(b) my question is can I send the package from overseas together with Biometrics? is there anyway to do this? Would that be quicker? or do I need to be physically present in the US to get Biometrics done there?!

Also what proof do I need that my spouse is working overseas?

(I can get letters etc... but the main question I have is that my visa lists that I am on religious duty and my wifes lists that she is accompanying family because this was the easiest visa for us to get to Russia.... is this a problem if I prove she is employed here by the organization?)

Thanks in advance...

I don't think you'll qualify for 319(b). Your US citizen spouse needs to be the primary employee sent overseas, with you the non-citizen spouse accompanying them, not vice versa.

However, with you as the primary employee, you may be able to qualify for an N-470, depending on the specific nature of the organization you are working for.

Are you or your wife working directly for U.S Government?

we are on a religious mission representing a US org. my wife is the primary worker... we are in a place that obtaining visas is difficult and therefore we went this way...

Expedite citizenship is available for you, Im pretty sure you're qualify I just check the INA paragraph 319.
However, you have to be stateside in order to apply. Overseas citizenship available only for US military personal, as far as i know.
