Six months ago;my name check was cleared having gone through Senator, First Lady etc. and I have been expecting the approval of my I485 application. Today I got an e mail that reads " In order to complete processing of your appllicationand create your Resident Alien Card, you must have biometric images captured at an USCIS application Support Center. If you receive a Notice of Action,USCIS ASC Appointment Notice, from the Texas Service Center, either before or after you attend this appointment at the Application Support Cente,please disregard.It is not necessary for you to attend the appointment noted on the Notice of Action as long as to appear for processing at the day and time below"
My concerns are as follows:
1.The application has been sitting at the Phoenix district office for seven months after name check cleared, why is it being moved to the Texas service center?
2. I had the second biometrics in June; why a third one?.
3. My PD had been current every month since the name check was clearedbi
