Biometric for green card

Hi!

I went to a USCIS to have my biometric taken today, and in the form that i have to write down my information when i first get there, I somehow put everything but my A# and one of application #. I mean I put my name, phone #, .... and my I485 application number only. I went home and take a look at the notice again and figured out that there is another application # for I765 that i didn't put in the indication form.
will that be a problem ?

As long as you took your biometrics notice and they scanned the bar-code, then you are fine. That info you fill in a separate paper is not very important.
