I had applied for my mother's citizenship and received an appointment for biometrics on September 28th. She is currently out of the city visiting relatives and was not planning on returning before September 28th. I have read about being able to do a walk in before the actual appointment date, but can it be done at a different office in a different city ? I was thinking she can take the letter to the office where she is visiting relatives and get it done there. OR do we have to reschedule or ask her to come back before her appointment.
