Biographic Information, G-325A Fillable Form

I downloaded the G-325A FORM from INS Website and I filled in the first page but from the 2nd page all the way down to the 4th page, i cant write on it..i dont really want to manually write on this form after filling page 1 using the computer.. Does anyone here has the fillable version from page 1 to page 4 ?
 
Yes, it printed 4 pages so i only need the 1 page and just send the first part to INS right ?
 
Only the first page is filled out the remaining 3 pages is blank when i printed the 4 pages..so send the 4 pages like that even though the rest is blank?

No, if you have printed the forms, you have to fill it 4 times. Each page goes to different departments I guess. If you had gotten the actual form mailed from USCIS, it would have had carbon copies and you would have filled it only once.

When you complete first page it will automatically copy all that info to the other three (at least it should). Then you have to print them all out and send over to USCIS. All four pages have to be completed.
 
Thanks guys but this particular form i dowload from INS WEbsite does not allow me to fill anything from page 2 to page 4. I cna only fill out page 1 using my computer.. Must be a problem with the form but i found a fillable form on this forum but i dont think i can use it since the form expires 12 2005.
