Biographic Info Form: Questions

All,

Any suggestions with the following much appreciated:

1. In employment history, does one need to include summer internships done as curricular practical training on F1?

2. My parents were born in India before partition of India into Pakistan and India - so they both have Indian passports, but the cities they were born in are now in Pakistan. So what does one write in City, Country of birth - India or Pakistan?

1. Internships are not required to be included.
2. Interesting question, I think you should write Pakistan. That's where the birth cities are now.
