Bio code 3 appointment

I just received my Bio Code 3 appointment.
I am an ND o6....what does this mean?
Is USCIS really moving fast or everything is just slow as usual?

It means you can be approved anytime after your Bio is done. Some people have been approved in less than two months and some have been waiting longer...so it depends on your luck!!! Just sit tight and try to forget about it...hopefully you will hear the good news soon :)
 
I have been spiritually prepared to wait just as long as other unfortunate applicants. Now, I have all I need to live here without the hassles. GC is nice but I know it will come one day.

How can I be approved?I haven't even received any RFE or RFI?I have done nothing but applying. This is the first letter I got in 3 months.What do you think?

Hi Kalvar,

I am glad to hear you are ready for any wait that you might have to do, but I hope that you won't wait that long :)

About RFI, you should get it some times soon. Some people got their BIO appointment first and some get their RFI first. Mine came within about a week or so of each other. Regarding RFE, they might ask you for one or if you have sent them everything, they might never ask you for RFE.

By the way, did you submit your medical and G325A (biography) together with you application? I have heard that people who applied recently have been sending those documents together with their application. If you have done that, they might not need any RFI from you. Good luck!
