bill passed now what i can get please

i have really problem and i need help from everyone

my asylum wos denied by ij but he granted me withholding of removal since 2005.

i send appeal to bia its was recived on 01/2005 .on 12/2005 bia asked me to send my bref my lowyer send it on time ( my bref was recived on 02/2006) but dhs failed to send their bref.
on 5/2005 i check my case by phone i fund my appeal was dismissed .

my question is:
after the immigration bill was passed what i can get ?

First, the bill was passed only in the Senate, it still needs to be passed in the House before it can do anybody any good.

Second, if you want to know if you could benefit from that bill you needed to tell us at least when and how did you come to the U.S.

Have you been in this country illegally for over 5years? I think the date of entry is important too.
