BEWARE..Notorized Employer Letter is required after Visa Stamping to Enter US.

My Freind got deported at the port of entry since he is travelling with the stamp but with out notorized employer letter stating that he has a job. Rules changing day by day because of this Terrorists effects and Home land security.

DO NOT ENTER US WITHOUT YOUR EMPLOYER NOTORIZED LETTER STATING THAT YOU HAVE A PROJECT AFTER YOU COME TO US. Most of the people who entered us in last 2-3 yrs. do not have jobs. These people are illegal. You have start working within 60 days. Otherwise you are illegal. So, Immigration officers at the port of entry are rejecting without this letter.
 
A recent paystub will cover most of the H visa holders. Nobody will notorize a letter from employer. A lawyer certified employment letter is the appropriate format. However this has been in vogue for a very long time. The POE inspector can and has questioned proof for employment...
Not because of terrorist effects! Dont get paranoid...
 
This is First Time POE Case

Pay stubs are not available as this is a first time POE case. Immigration Officer @ POE insisted that he have a notorized employer letter as he was comming 2 yrs. after the Visa Stamp. Officer said my freind that if you stay more than 2 months after the stamp, you will need a letter to confirm the employment. They do not believe that employer will wait for more than 2 months in this sluggish economy.
