2 years, if no new terrorist attack takes place.
I am saying that because someday a bill like SKIL should be enacted into law.
Just pray that by then we don't have an attack to this land. Otherwise things may stall again when that happens. That's why I keep saying, how can I wait to do things waiting for this damn GC ?
