Hi
can someone suggest me a website to check my personal driving records. i am an IT consultant, lived in 5 states in 11 years. 12 apartment addresses.
I don't want to do it 5 times for 5 states. is there any website which can give me all records with one request ?

i checked e-DMV.org . we have to pay for each state separately

also there are many websites for govt public records. does any one have any experience. which one is good ?

Thats tough. I went in person yesterday to DMV and got my 5 years, but I have lived in CA since I came to the US. Fee was $5.00 and 40 min. waiting time.
I guess you need to call DMV and ask them for any help they may offer.

Goodluck

Thank you. I guess i will buy seperately for each state. i can do that online. same $5 to $15 range.

I am in the same boat as you are. I lived in 5 different states in last 8 years, and got 4 traffic tickets from 2 different states.

2 of them were received in OH at 2 different court disctrict. I contacted OH DMV through email about the complete driving record. However, they said, the complete driving record will not indicate the tickets are paid in full or not, and they recommend me contact the court which initiated the conviction in order to receive informaiton on the amount paid and if it is paid in full.

So, I went to search for the court disctrict and found my ticket information online and shows it was paid in full. I have it print out. But I am not sure if the online print out is good enough to show IO or it must to certified.

Any one have previous experiences to share? Thanks!

Are the citations each under $500 ?

Yes. all of them.

Per the USCIS instructions in the the M-476 and N-400 , you don't need to provide documented proof for citations under $500. This is the verbiage in both:

Note that unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 and/or points on your driver's license.

I would demand another IO for the interview if the IO asks for something that USCIS own instruction tell you is not required.

:D
Good luck arguing and asking for another IO and getting your case delayed by another year as your request is "put in queue with due recognition"

Can't agree more. I do not think I would like to "argue" with IO at that point. I would try to provide what I could prove the tickets were paid in full.
