In January I married my then fiance and applied to change her visa from a B2 to a H4 dependent visa.
At the start of June I was laid off. I was fortunate enough that my company set my termination date at the end of my severance period. I manged to find another company who I joined on July 1st. They used premium processing to extend and transfer my visa. My visa was due to run out on September 30 but is fine now for another 3 years.
My question is what should I do with my wife's H4 application. Is there a way to amend it so she could get it extended as part of the current application???
