best way to check FP status ?

I had my finger print notice lost in the mail... I contact INS customer service and sent a letter to VSC to have a new FP date... hope this is enough !

What's the best way to keep checking if was I scheduled for a new FP ? trying to avoid the mail problem and was wondering if I check myself every so often...

also, I applied at VSC and live in NYC... my application support center is in brooklyn.

does anyone know, the address of the application support center in brooklyn and what day of the week they do fingerprint's ?
