best way to apply for GC

Hi,
I am now on H1B working in USA and i have my brother who is US Citizen.
I want to know what is the best / fast way to get the GC either to apply thru my employer (EB2/EB3) or thru my brother (family based).

It will take 12-15 years through your brother's sponsorship. Attempt the employment based route.
