Best way for EAD renwal

Hi,

I need to renew my EAD. Just thinking to use "e-filing".Have any one had problems with e-filing ?. If I want to send through mail which form do I have to use ?. is it I-765 ?. I know I have used this for first time . Is this the same application for renewal ?. Appreciate your reply.

let's go with this for a second..if you got married and informed the immigration of the name change then got divorced..and she droped your name..would you report it ???
