Best POE in Ontario

Hello,
Which is the best POE for obtaining TN permit.I am thinking of going to Port Huron / Sarnia and I live in Toronto.If I have an immigrant petition through my sibling in queue will that affect my TN application.

Please add on the grace period on TN if employment is terminated at any point.

I've heard Buffalo/Peace Bridge is the "best" at least in terms of professionalism and the officers knowing what they are doing. But Sarnia as well as Windsor are also pretty major POEs so I would imagine they are good as well. Since Buffalo is much closer to Toronto than Sarnia, I would go there.
