I met her for US citizenship questoins, but no help. She could not even tell me whether I should apply or NOt in 20 Minute appointment. She did not even bother to do research on my case. May be she is good for other immigration issues but not for US citizenship issues especially if you have even minor brush with GOVT. She would be perplexed.
