Call RIS & ask for I-140 approval notice copy
Unless you ask, RIS won\'t send you I-140 (Typical Rapidigm style) If your I-140 says your case was sent to NVC, then the approval is for CP. Don\'t feel happy about it, as Rapidigm doesn\'t allow CP (unless you are a recruiter).
