He is an expert in travel trade and has held senior management positions in the top travel organizations in India and Middle East like Sita Travels, Travel House (Travel divison of ITC), Kanoo etc for over 12 years.
His nature and experience of work has ranged from handling and managing corporate sales for multi million dollar volumes, managing corporate administration for groups of 20-30 people working for him etc.
He is however willing to spend time and effort to switch careers if it can get an H1 in a new field as getting an H1 in the travel industry might not be the easiest.
------ I hope he has BS degree and I have seen H1b done in travel industry find employer in NYC, if he has that kind of job I will not come to USA on H1B or O-1 or L1 I will start my own travel agency in India and will not come to US and feel always for insecurity of lay off then H1 extensions then LC then waiting I-140 then I-485 and 90 % the person is thinking about GC, the mental stress is not worth going for GC for this kind of person (my opinion)
His wife has a masters degree but has no experience and can choose a new career path in the industry where getting an H1 is relatively easier.
------ Hotel management, Chef, Cook in Indian specialty (good), should have experience with good hotels and exp letters will help and some diploma/degree
Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy, nursing is the BEST and all heath care jobs are in demand and easy to get GC
