Hi All,

Can you please provide me the best attorneys in MD -VA - DC Area.

I am going to consult attorney Murthy and also Rajeev Khanna.

Can you please provide the telephone number of the attorneys which you know for AC 21 Case.

Do not use any attorney for AC21, it is useless. It is as per my experience. Again it is my opinion. You hv to take decision.
 
Hi, I am thinking of taking email consultation with Murthy($400.00) to explore options regarding AC21 (should I do).

Just want to play safe with future employment based I-485 as I would like to stay with my present employer.

A big question which is driving me to consult, whether or not I should inform BCIS about my intent to stay with present employer ?. I have seen people not informing BCIS and when they get RFE, they provide offer letter from their present employer. But how would I know if I will get an RFE ???? If I don't tell BCIS abour using AC21 with present employer and GC gets approved then how would I stay with my present employer ?.

Gurus please show me the direction.

You are absolutely right SAM99. I am getting fedup by this Indian consulting firms.

But please, refer any of the attorneys for AC21.

I am with Murthy and they are horrible as per my experience. I paid 2K just for my 485 to use AC21 and found no use in my case. I expected to get my approval soon but I am stuck now with 2nd FP and waiting for notice. Even after payin hefty fees they charge for each and individual RFE, EAD and AP application. This is utter nuisance.

As per me and some friends experience, one shud not inform INS abt job change. If someone do then it could delay the case further and triger many security checks.
 
I did not informe the BCIS inspite of
attorney's advise to inform BCIS about job change.
But not received RFE also and got approval.

I think if you do not change address then
probably they will never know about job change.
I kept my address same though I have to commute
long distances for some time.

Please do what is suitable to you.
This is my experience but everybody may have
different situation.

Our company lawyer only charge fixed amount for everything (including LC, I-1140, I-485, AP, EAD) etc.
I guess 5K-6k

I am about to land in the same situation and would like to take your advice. The problem is what happens if there is an RFE?

180 days have passed since my I-485 receipt date and I have a better offer for a job. I am considering what to do.
 
I have got RFE for Employment Verification Letter and my current employer is not providing me the letter. Now it is over a month and now i am thinking of changing the job.

So i am totally in Dire straits. So anyone can help me in refering a good attorney.

Your employer still not provided you with employment letter. If I remembered correct they are willing to give you employment letter with less salary ?

Now, i really fade up so much with my company(even though I have been with my company for last 5 years) is treating so badly,After asking Rajeev khanna about providing the current salary (less than Labour cert salary) is not right. they have told me to provide with a letter with the text " Intent to provide the LC Salary", but my company says that they cannot provide, so i tried convincing them,

So, now it is really high time, that i have to look for something.

I tried by all means of requesting him, but i think he is totally unchangeable.

So I am using the option of AC21 now.

Here is my situation,
1. Changed jobs 1 and 1/2 years after applying 485.
2. With in a month after that, got a rfe asking for a employment letter.
3. Job titles differ, but the duties are same. Employer is willing to give any kind of letter if it with in his limits(understandable)

Now I am looking for a sample employment that the people has filed for ac21.

Please reply soon,
