Hi! Hopefully someone can help me: I'm Canadian, got married to an immigrant to Canada 2 years ago who I am sponsoring to live in Canada, and now may be offered a job in the US under a TN visa. Does anyone know, is it possible to be sponsored by an employer in the U.S. while sponsoring a spouse to live in Canada at the same time? It's confusing!

The US doesn't care about your spousal sponsorship, so TN is not a problem.
For Canada, once she has her card you can both leave, but I believe you must be residing in canada (or moving back there) to complete her sponsorship process.
You'd need to ask that Q on a Cdn immig board.

This is correct. You'd better pray that your spouse enters Canada as an immigrant before you leave for US.
