I read your post about RFE lost in mail.
I am in a same situation (CSC)
My RFE was sent on Apr 18th. Me / my lawyer have not received it
yet.
Can you please let me know your experience.
How did your lawyer got INS to resend RFE letter ?
My Lawyer tried calling IIO couple of times, but no response.
We have also sent a FAX inquiry.
