Here is your answer

- Birth certificates
- Vaccination Not proper..
- I also sent the followings:
- Pay stubs for last one year
- Credit card statements for last one yr
- Utility Bills last 1 yr
- Passport copies
- I-94 copies
- Lease agreement and Rental Copies.

ALL these were advised by my lawyer..
 
Did you not include the birth certificate and vaccination info in the original app or did they miss them ?

I hope I dont have to send all these info since I dont think I have all these bills.
 
Sort of

-As per INS I needed one more vaccination.
- Birthcertficates.. I dd not have..so I gave them affidevites..
but did not give them Non-availabity Certficates.. which I submitted after RFE..

Others I think, were just suggested by my lawyer..

Does it means that they are still processing for July-Aug'2001 cases ! Because few days back they retrogated the dates to
Jan 2001 from July 14 2001.

I was also really concerned, when dates moved back from July 2001 to Jan 2001.

But looks like, they are definitely clearing RFE cases, which I think is good sign.

Hope the date would move much faster now, for the folks still waiting.
