I am still waiting for for labor. My attorney answered the NOF on Aug 14th but when contacted the PBEC they say, they haven't received the response.

My 8th year H1 RFE hasn't yet answered by the attorney.

I am ready to fetch the data. can you provide me the utilitiy and instructions.

I would suggest that you write a letter to your congressman..Stress the fact that you are here legally, are law abiding and need help...Write a polite letter...That helps...


Please PM me your mail id and I shall give you a database backup file, an access mdb and instructions in word...
You would need MSSQLServer 2000 onwards, Excel and MSAccess..

Can we also get 7th year extension if I apply PERM in my 6th year, got it approved and filed for I-140. So at the end of 6th year, I have an approved PERM labor which was applied only in 6th year, with a pending I-140. In such a scenario, can we get 7th year extension?

If you apply for PERM LC during 6th year on H-1B, your I-140 too should be approved to become eligible for 7th year. Also, the above will be granted only if you are unable to file I-485 (due to retrogression).
 
BEC update

BECs completed about 99% of the cases, the remainder of the cases will be processed in due corse. These are in the wrap up phase. Good luck to all who are waiting. Please read the annoucement.
