BEC Priority Date Tracker

My job ad was post in AJB on March 2. But still wait for RI.

My attoney told me that we still need to post the job in newspaper for another month after getting RI. is this the current situation? Thanks!

My office received the actual NOF yesterday. Two standard issues: prewailing wage and clarification on experience! Trying to submit the rebuttal soon!

My case has been Certified as of March 08. It was in process this afternoon. Thanks for all the support. We are one group. i have learnt a lot from here.

I rebutted the NOF - PW, with Alternate Survey on Feb 28 and with in a week, Online status shows certified. Now waiting for Approval papers...

slk5, You are the first TR one I saw from DBEC going through this mess. I have a June 2002 PD, but nothing happened on my case (no AJB posting, no RI yet). It is really a pain to go through this waiting. Congratulations to your approval. If you are not from countries other than India and China, I bet you will have a smooth process to get your green card.

My attorney received the recruitment instruction on 03/09/07 and recruitment period is from 03/19/07 to 04/18/07.
 
Checked Afternoon- showing Certified

I just checked , online my case shows CERTIFIED. I would like to thank everyone in this forum for updating your individual cases regularly as this helps others who are in similar situations. It was very informative.

Now looking forward to the Certificate.
