MDWatch, first of all, I would like to thank you a lot for maintaining all this.

Guys, let us do a verification round/notice on forums for 2001 and 2002 guys who we see still pending in our list. I personally have feeling that some of the guys who got their approvals, have not updated in tracker. This information is confusing.

I agree. A bunch of us can start sending private messages to users who have not updated their case status in our tracker for a while. It is quite likely that they may have already been approved if they are from 2001 or 2002.

We can also seach for all messages posted by users and see if they have moved on to the I-140 / I-485 forums after LC approval.

Still waiting. Got a screen shot through Attorney. All the fields filled in except the prevailing wage. That means the application is not yet taken up.

I tend to believe that there is not much progress for non-RIR cases. I have never heard of anything. My priority date is 2001.

No progress to report. I am seeing some posting on AJB but they are about 4/5 on an average per day. I had read some where that atleast half of the cases at BPEC were 245i at this rate ...... :rolleyes: you know what.
 
What happen to Maryland's cases??

It seems that they are processing cases from NY, NJ, CA and VA recently. What happen to MD cases? Any 2003 MD approvals??
