I got the Case No through H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US, but I couldn't see the status.

Send email to 7 year H1B address. use your work address. you will get case number and status.

Sent email again from work address and got reply the same day. All fields are filled out, but there's no status field. Does that mean the analyst has done everything with the case review and something's coming soon? Maybe I'm just daydreaming.

Yes, its a same for me too. I also got the email reply re:7th yr ext. 2 days back. All the fields are filled out but there is no case status field. Before this, a week back my HR called 202 number and they said, Analyst have been assigned to this case in Jan 2006.

Thanks for keeping the tracker updated. I have a question - some of the people in Dallas BPC have dates in the BPC Letter Received columns but their Case Status is Pending. Should the status be Letter Received or should the status be Pending with no date in the BPC Letter Received column?

Thanks for pointing it out. I will look at this tomorrow.

The general rule is:

If you have a date in the letter received then the status is "Letter received"
If there is no date then it should be "Pending"

I will make the correction tomorrow

Labor Approved ! June 2002 CA EB3 RIR

Hi All,

I am happy to share the good news with you all that
my LABOR got approved.My employer received the FINAL DETERMINATION letter dated July 19,2006.The ETA 750 is not enclosed.Myself and my lawyer
has been CCed on it.

Approval Date is July 19,2006.Rest of my details are in my signature.

This forum has been tremendously supportive and encouraging to me in my long and frustating(4 years and 1 month) wait for Labor certification.I thank everybody in this forum for their support !

GOOD LUCK to all those who are waiting !

Then you're probably near the end of this LC wait. The guy at 202 number told me that it usually takes 3-9 months since case forwarded to analyst. And looks like they're picking up the speed for 2001 and early 2002 cases. Hang on!

In BECTracker080206.zip tracker spreadheet, my Case Status is showing as Letter Received. However, I have still not received letter. Can you please update the tracker when you get a chance.

Hi guys, few quwetions that I need your help in.

I sent an email requesting a screen shot 3 weeks ago (my employer sent an email 2 weeks ago, and I sent another email a week ago). Still no screen shot :(

Also, I did not recieve my 45 day letter, so I sent an email 2 weeks ago (so did my lawyer and my employer). Still no answer.

Does anyone know the 202 phone number. and what is it for; the screen shot or the 45 day letter?

Try with H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US , eventhough your case is in DBEC, some time it works.

Also try info@DAL.DFLC.US
