They also received my 45 day letter today.

I think I am already in the tracker :)

I am also in the process of filing PERM with a future employer.

I know that maintaining the tracker is not easy, especially when people are posting their updates in different forums. I am happy to contribute as much as I can.

Also, I've noticed that mo_lc, mathewk, and GCOnly are listed twice in the Dallas tracker.

Once in a while I go over records that have not been updated in a long while to see what those people are up to and do find innacurate records. But it takes a lot of time when there are over 1600 entries in the spreadsheet.

cool my nunber is D-05214-6xxxx and i recieved 45 DL on may 10'th/2006.
 
Received 45 Day Letter

My company received and responded my 45 day letter on May 17. The letter was dated as May 6.

My ETA case number is: D-05201-3XXXX
IL-Chicago RIR/EB2 and PD=October 13, 2004

Could you tell me what this number represent?

I have searched for the members who are from VA, filed before July 2002 and still waiting for approval. I found out the following:

Z0002: This member does not exist.

krik: I am not sure if this member is still around. He might have applied to Canada for immigration.

leo09_friend: This is the only member who filed from VA before July 2002 and did not receive 45DL. I thought leo09 might have forgotten to update this member's info. This member probably received 45DL and got his LC approved.

gc_psraj: I guess this member's LC is approved. This member filed I140.

Could you please update the tracker accordingly? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the analysis and updates on VA cases. I wish other forum members did something similar for cases filed from their States.
