FYI: Currently I am in my 8th year now and went for stamping in Chennai in DEC 2005 and answered Yes for that question and put my employer name. I had the same doubt but did not want to findout as to what should be the correct answer cos I thought filing labor itself is like filing for permanent residency and wanted to be honest. they did not question me at all.

As far as I can see the last tracker spreadsheet upload was 12 days ago. Did those 2 guys who took the responsibility over from JustWatching quit doing updates?

Just kidding, anyway, here is the tracker update :)

If I may also add, few people are posting their update in the BEC tracker thread. They take the easy solution and post in either the Dallas or Philly thread. Thanks to Saknia for duplicationg their post in this thread. I wish people would be more considerate and also post their update here.

How come your case id is prefixed with T. Mine is D-05220-*****. What is the difference ?
