Can anyone predict when my case will be processed? and when can I receive 45 day letter?

Never made to region

My Labor got approved.

Priority Date: May 8 2002.
Applied from NJ. Never made it to regional.
Got 45 day letter sometime in December.

My comany was acquired ("successorship-in-interest" ) by another company. During the response to 45-day letter, lawyer changed the case to new company.

Could you elaborate on changing the case to new company? Do you mean changing the company name on the form and everything else stays the same? Appreciate it if you could share some info. Thanks.

Is there any website to check the status of your Labour case

Is there any website to check the status of your Labour case? once you replay the 45 days letter you have a Case number, can you track with that case number ?

I wish it does but currently BEC does not provide you any status on the application leave alone online.
 
Hi YYang18,

You can expect your 45 DL in 2-6 months from now.

You can expect your approval 6 months after your reply.

I am just making an educated guess with a pinch of optimism and hope on the DOL Losers.

finally I got 45 days letter.
45 days letter recived on 7 Feb 2006
letter replied on 10 feb 2006.

First this is not my approval. I just posted the same for info here

Regarding changing the Comonay the name of the Compnay only can change in the approval if necessary documents for the chnage is sent to DOl with the 45 day reply. ( documents like state registartion with the name, Board Resoultions , Articles etc. Attorney will know these)

You cannot hange other Criteria for sure

My labor got approved recently
eb2, pd april 2004
Can sometime tell me how many days it takes for the lawyer to receive the certified labor approval documents so that we can file the I-140. Because its been 2 weeks but my lawyer has not received the packet. I only got the approval letter.

It is most likely a Dallas approval since they are currently processing Apr 2004 regional RIR cases.

17 Feb 2006: Case has been closed due to non-receipt of 45-day letter. Lawyer is in process of re-opening.

Did yours ever go to regional, or are we finally seeing them start processing non regional application.
Has anyone else who is non regional recieved a 45 day letter recently?
 
Update to my case.

Just got off the phone with our HR officer. He told me that their office received my 45-day letter on Wednesday (2/22/06).

It has been 3 years + 8 months of waiting.
